Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of AI-powered chatbots in enhancing patient engagement and providing mental health support. We implemented a chatbot designed to offer real-time assistance and counseling to users. Analyzing user interactions and feedback, our findings reveal a significant increase in patient satisfaction and adherence to treatment plans. This research underscores the role of AI in bridging the gap between healthcare providers and patients, particularly in mental health services.
